Mr. Irvin Alcala studied in Maryhill Academy for his elementary and high school while in college education he studied in Mapua Institute of Technology, graduate in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Irvin father is Mr. Proceso Jaraza Alcala or also known as Procy, past congressman of District 2 Quezon Province, and his mother Ma. Corazon Gocon Maaño. Irvin is the second child and only son. At a very young age, he was already working as a timekeeper in their small business while vacation. At the age of 33 he has 2 sons namely Theoden Benedict T. Alcala, 4 years old and Thor Benedict T. Alcala, 5 months.
